1 stick of butter (softened) / 115 g
1 cup brown sugar / 220 g
1 tsp burbon vanilla extract
1 cup flour / 128 g
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder – 64 g
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt (I use Koser)
1 Hersey’s Bar broke into pieces / 50-70 g
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips / 150-160 g
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees / 175-180 g
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Sift together dry ingredents (flour, dark cocoa powder, baking soda and salt) set aside.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
Slowly stir in dry ingredents.
Stir in Hershey’s Bar pieces and chocolate chips.
Place teaspoon sized drops on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Cool on the cookie sheet for 1 minute, move to rack to cool completly.
